Warmly enrichment workflow from signal to reviewed account

Capabilities

Warmly provides a controlled path from account activity to CRM context

Warmly research organizes identity, enrichment, and buying-signal evidence so RevOps and sales teams can challenge each conclusion before it changes a record or shapes outreach.

Three services inside one research task

01

Account identity

Compare company name, website domain, location, and existing CRM keys. Conflicts stay visible rather than being silently resolved.

02

Signal context

Attach observation time, event type, source context, and identity confidence. Activity remains an observation, not a promise of intent.

03

Enrichment review

Return requested firmographic, technographic, and role context with unknown fields, source notes, and a reviewer decision.

A repeatable review timeline

  1. Define

Write ICP requirements, exclusions, event windows, required fields, and acceptable evidence before searching.

  2. Resolve

Confirm the account identity and preserve conflicting candidates for review.

  3. Enrich

Request only decision-relevant fields; retain provenance and freshness alongside each value.

  4. Interpret

Separate observed activity from the team commercial hypothesis.

  5. Approve

Record a human decision before CRM writes, drafting, or sending.

The commitment is procedural, not statistical

The workflow can preserve a review trail when configured accordingly. It does not establish visitor identity, field accuracy, buying intent, inbox placement, replies, or lawful use. Validate those outcomes against your own cohort and policies.

Measure the stages independently. A completed run establishes runtime health, not account accuracy. A matched domain establishes a candidate identity, not a known visitor. A recent event establishes timing, not urgency. A verified professional address reduces one delivery risk, but SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending behavior, suppression, consent context, and mailbox conditions still affect outreach. Keeping these judgments separate prevents a convenient technical result from becoming an unsupported commercial claim.

Run a known-account acceptance test

Include a clear match, a known exclusion, a stale event, and an ambiguous domain. Score identity, recency, provenance, unknown handling, and reviewer effort separately.
